We want to fill the Client Success Manager (CSM) – Client-Facing role to support our client relationship management and overall client satisfaction.
ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a strong communicator and strategic thinker to lead client relationships, manage issue resolution, and drive internal alignment. This role ensures client satisfaction, proactive communication, and smooth delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage client relationships by leading value-driven check-ins, creating roadmaps aligned with client goals, and building trust through platform and business insight.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating challenges with clear context and solutions, and owning follow-through with internal teams.
- Prepare for meetings, deliver concise updates, and maintain organized, actionable documentation to ensure seamless internal and external communication.
- Drive collaborative client delivery by partnering cross-functionally, providing process feedback, and fostering strong internal team rhythm and ownership.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Confident in framing issues and driving accountability.
- Calm, prepared, and structured under pressure.
- Client-first mindset with a strategic lens.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and/or Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
- Proactive and a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Experience working in a SaaS, tech, or agency setting.
- Understanding of digital marketing, marketing operations, or sales processes.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive client retention/growth.
