We are looking to fill the role of a Director of Operations to support our Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE: In this role, you will oversee teams in Marketing Automation (Marketo and HubSpot) and Revenue Operations while supporting Sales and Marketing functions under the guidance of the President. This high-impact position requires strong leadership and collaboration across multiple business areas.
Responsibilities for this position would include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.
- Provide leadership to the Marketing Automation and Revenue Operations teams, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the President, to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Lead or support operational projects and initiatives, ensuring they are timely executed.
- Manage and mentor teams across departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Support resource allocation, budgeting, and planning to ensure optimal performance across business units.
- Act as a champion for operational excellence by improving workflows, systems, and structures that support scalability.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across Marketing Automation, Revenue Operations, and related functions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing operations in marketing automation, revenue operations, sales, and marketing.
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
- A track record of implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of scaling operational systems in a consultancy or agency setting.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience leading teams in Marketing Automation or Revenue Operations.
- Familiarity with supporting Sales and Marketing strategies at a leadership level.
- Prior exposure to overseeing cross-departmental projects with measurable outcomes.
