We are seeking a talented Salesforce CRM Architect to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Salesforce CRM Architect, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices. You will work with clients to understand their business requirements and implement effective solutions using Salesforce's out-of-the-box features and custom development.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box (OOB) features.
- Follow and contribute to defining coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns.
- Manage the technical delivery of configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
- Maintain familiarity with source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
- Debug and resolve issues within Salesforce projects.
- Provide day-to-day support for various client Salesforce instances.
- Gather and understand business requirements by interacting with stakeholders.
- Work directly with clients on projects, requiring strong client-facing skills.
A successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications: ADM 201, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II (Preferred), Application Architect (Preferred).
- Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture.
- Proficiency in Flows, Triggers, Process Builders, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Complex Formula Fields, and other OOB features.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CRM with internal/external applications using SOAP and REST-based web services.
- Ability to develop solutions using Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura/LWC) components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers & Controller Extensions, Apex Components, and Test Methods.
- Expertise in technical design and development/implementation of solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Knowledge of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce and their use cases.
- Ability to own projects and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements.
