We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Consultant to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Solutions Consultant, you will be crucial in all project lifecycle phases, from discovery and requirements gathering to design, build, testing, training, and deployment. You will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce products, structure, and security models to support discovery sessions and work closely with clients and stakeholders to define clear use cases and requirements.

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in all project lifecycle phases (discovery/requirements, design, build, test, training, and deployment).
Support discovery sessions using your comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, structure, and security models.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define clear use cases and requirements.
Help establish the scope and effort estimates for solution development.
Analyze and decompose complex business information, recommend best practices, and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Support team members by reviewing solutions and troubleshooting issues.
Using Data Loader, perform data clean-up and complex data loading and provide data best practice recommendations to team members and customers.

A successful candidate will have:

3-4 years of Salesforce experience, preferably within a consulting environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components, or Lightning Aura Components, and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers).
At least 3 years of experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Flows, etc.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware.

Experience:

3-4 years of Salesforce experience (required).
3 years of experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Flows, etc.
