We are looking to fill the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing advanced email, SMS, Push strategies, sophisticated automation, and tailored customer journeys.
  • Set up and configure Marketing Cloud instances from the ground up, implementing technology and processes designed for long-term success.
  • Architect and maintain a sophisticated Marketing Cloud framework to ensure scalability, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and architect solutions involving integrations with other Marketing Technologies
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A successful candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud roles with a strategic focus.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is highly desired.
  • Advanced proficiency in Ampscript, SSJS and complemented by a deep understanding of backend functionalities.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing complex marketing automation journeys using Journey Builder and a strong command of AMPscript and SQL for data segmentation and personalization.
  • Extensive experience in seamlessly integrating SFMC with CRM systems, Data cloud and other platforms.
  • Exceptional project ownership skills, adept at autonomously driving initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong adaptability to a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
