We are looking to fill the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Consultant.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, automation, and personalized customer journeys.
Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Implement best practices for email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC.
Collaborate directly with clients, necessitating strong client interaction skills.

A successful candidate will have:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Preferably, hold Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
Firm grasp of email marketing best practices.
Skilled in building and executing complex marketing automation journeys using Journey Builder.
Experience in data segmentation, targeting, and personalization using Ampscript and SQL.
Background in integrating SFMC with CRM systems.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and complete tasks based on briefs without close supervision.
Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience in Email Studio, Journeys, Automations, and Mobile Studio.
SQL and Amp Script knowledge is a plus!
